Great product and concept if they would live up to their promises

Cons

Sales runs the company and is running it into the ground. Employee churn is massive, 75% of all employees every year are either fired or quit, including management and executive management - this is a direct quote from executive management team members during a recent meeting. Look on the company website for jobs posted that are not only rank and file but management as well. Management is by fear and intimidation on the operations side, management of sales (reps and managers) is non-existent. Never ever speak negatively about sales or any upper management personnel or you will be identified and terminated.

Pay and commission office employees were like family. Very positive work environment

Cons

Management was not supportive and would blame their mistakes on employees. The company rips the franchise owners off! Overcharge on buying new accounts and charges 35% fee for special services and "double dips" on royalties
