Pros

Depending on your department /role, you may get lucky. Company has a lot of potential. Hopefully current CEO will be terminated.

Cons

Most positions will be poorly paid, your compensation plan will be changed frequently so you make less each year. Corporate team does not understand roles in the field and make decisions without proper information. No training.

Pros

Great company to work for. Many benefits. Great money to be made. No cap on commissions. Commission system is one of the best I've seen. Great experience.

Cons

The pressure to make goal, which is not a con if you enjoy sales. You have no make sure that you enjoy the rush of having goals and working towards them. And that you also are very self-motivated and motivated by money.
