Pros

Decent base pay and great commission structure.

Cons

Constant battle between operations and sales on what is considered fair pricing. High turnover, upper management treats the position like a revolving door. Hardly room for advancement.

Pros

You are set up in a very small department after one day of training. No management breathing down your back. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Cons

No real training, Management States they'll set you up on ride along, never follows through. Company has an idea, because the accounts are purchased by franchise owners, that several sales vertical markets are not good to call on. Good hourly wage, terrible benefit package
