Pros

The freedom of not your typical desk job. It is a large company owned by individual franchisee office owners.

Cons

The expectation is that you will work excess hours off the clock without compensation. At one point in time they will treat you like a salary employee, later they will treat you like an hourly employee to use your sick time. The company will consistently reinvent the compensation package. They will take anyone's money to be a franchise owner. They will hold you accountable for 40 franchise owners and 200 accounts.

Pros

Appointments are set by appointment setter, no micro managing, unlimited income potential,lots of flexibility, you get to work from home, they give you all the tools you need to be successful,

Cons

No support by sales manager, sales manager is not very educated on products or selling, male dominated environment, no recognition,unnecessary meetings and training, not enough training for new salespeople.
