Pros

A suitable company for both the freshers and experienced. Work culture is very good. Clear goals and targets are set with assistance and guidance to reach them. Company follows OKRs that help us move towards important company level goals. Healthy working environment that ensures the well-being of their employees.

Pros

Great technical challenges to solve, amazing colleagues, all the tools/support you need to do the best work of your life. Never boring, highly engaged employees. An understanding and approachable CEO. Only company I know of that puts the employee's needs before everything else.

Cons

Work hours may get extended at times because of project deadlines.
