I worked here as a student worker. Company provides great professional working environment. Easy to adopt online portal which has all the required information which employee would need during work. I like friendly staff and seniors who always praise for the good work you do which gives motivation to do even better.

Cons

Student worker hourly pay was not as competitive as other universities provides to their student workers.

Pros

Fantastic culture, some of the best colleagues and management. The benefits are absolutely top notch and HR are very responsive to any issues. Regular performance reviews each year as well as merit increases. Full time and part time remote options are available.

Cons

Company is not very stable in its overall direction and their pay is lower than most. In the past couple years multiple layoffs have occurred with services being outsourced or consolidated. New positions are stable but current positions are not.

Pros

You learn things if you have a decent manager. Used to have decent benefits, but that's gone.

Cons

They spout culture and values, but it's all smoke and mirrors. Senior management is looking to cut costs at all costs, and that includes YOU! How some of these people made it to management is beyond me. They are worried about themselves first then the company, then the employees. The Downers Grove culture is everyone for themselves, and go out of your way to harm those who are in your path. System updates are constant too.
