Great benefits. Average pay. Good recognition of employees who go above and beyond the call of duty.

Cons

Upward mobility was stagnant. Some managers only did things to ensure that they looked better, not necessarily for the benefit of the team.

Pros

Everyone has been very nice and supportive. Students for the most part are interested in learning and excited about their chosen profession.

Cons

Feels somewhat disconnected working out of the U.S. The move has not been smooth - still have not received my personal things that I last saw in late September in the U.S. Arrival date keeps moving.
