First class service for orientation, nice accommodations, nice equipment, tell ya alot of good things about the company

Cons

Tell ya what ya wanna hear while in orientation & soon as your out there running it all goes out the window.

Young and mellow working environment

Cons

Mostly all young 'out of college' males. Very few females working so makes it hard to adapt. Very cliquey departments and unable to grow within. Hard to trust management decisions and difficult listening management staff to inquiries about changes/opinions.
