Pros
Nice offices. They're getting bigger so there's more opportunities. Not often bored. They appear to promote competent people in most cases and if you do good things they get recognized. The medical benefits are decent for a trucking company. Basically if you are competent and put in your time, you can succeed. If you're looking for just a "job" and treat it that way by doing the bare minimum, you'll probably not like it here. Despite some negative reviews from drivers, upper management always speaks highly of drivers and does care. Again, if you want to work you'll succeed here. If you are one who feels like everybody is out to get you, you'll not like it.
Cons
Very low match on 401K (but at least there is one and it isn't bad). Upper management sometimes gets too involved in the details. Lots of talented people here... let them do their thing.
