      Pros

      Nice, newer automatic trucks and trailers. Will fly you out to orientation for a couple days. Dedicated routes with Coke and Amazon

      Cons

      Will really be pushing 18 hours of driving everyday. 14-16 hrs in tractor trlr and 2 hrs in personal vehicle. Coke loads were really heavy up and down mountains 50,000+ Poor communication from Dispatch, Baltimore.

      Pros

      Newer equipment, decent benefits and friendly trainers. Initial training period was very good and was treated fairly and respectfully. Should be a good company, all the components are there. CEO seemed okay.

      Cons

      Inconsistency in routes, huge pay cuts with no notice, Don't seem to care about drivers schedules calling at last minute. Local terminal people do not seem to care about people. Drivers are not treated fairly and you never know what your pay was going to be. Not what we understood it to be. It really should be a good place to work as there is potential for improvement
