I will not recommend this company. therefore no pros.

Cons

Management steal from the Drivers. They pull your lease from you and steal all your money in escrow. You have no way of knowing if they lease the truck or not. That is the excuse, they have to pay the lease. May God have mercy on their souls. They lie to you every day. I hope this will prevent headache and stress to another driver. There are numerous honest companies looking for hardworking employers, look around.
