Cowan Systems appreciates and recognizes the hard work and dedication not only from its employees but especially its drivers. There is certainly no perfect trucking company but this one makes its number one objective to make sure every driver has there best chance at being extremely successful. Where good communication and willingness to work as a team are the only tools needed to be prosperous. In an industry that has transpired to have quite the turnover – Cowan has made its number one objective to build tenure and longevity. I myself have worked for huge companies and the hard work and absolute dedication throughout our office is unprecedented. It makes “work” quite enjoyable when an entire team is so passionate and devoted to everyone involved.

I like the title of this column..PRO'S. Not at Cowan. Been in the Trucking Business longer than I care to admit. That being said, These people do Everything and Anything they can to make a Professional Driver want to get OUT of Trucking. This Operation should be called "CLUELESS"
