There were no pros to working at this soul sucking job

Cons

Got an email once from a higher up saying that if take PTO, we would be "letting down the team" and that you should go to urgent care. This job made me sick from all the stress

Saw a lot of employees leave the company at a staggering rate, didn't feel like I was part of the organization.

Pros

Single rooms in orientation. People are pretty friendly.

Cons

They give LP drivers all the heavy loads, 40k+ and the engines are not fuel efficient. Even on I80 through the flat lands the truck does poorly. They don't inspect their loaner trucks. The make you pretrip them. And fix what you find. And they need thorough inspections by the shop. I have been broke down twice in less than 2 weeks. I told them when I inspected that I had no desire to take the loaner because it clearly was not maintained. Had 3 lights out and was filthy.
