      not what I expected

      Pros

      The usual's company outings/ leaving a little early on Friday if all work is completed and occasional overtime if the company allows. They provide lunch from time to time .

      Cons

      Health insurance has changed and the prescription coverage is useless. The co pay isn't bad but I always got a bill from my doctor after every visit because the insurance never covered everything. The company was not big on listening to employees unless you were a part of the click.

      Pros

      Lovely people, some good products in the offering with the benefit of a huge company to prop them up.

      Cons

      Unworkable, Americanised management structure, which doesn't work. Far too top heavy, which encourages unhealthy internal competition. Ultimately everyone spends too much time squabbling instead of getting the job done.
