Pros

Casual work environment. Good lower level. Hard working people trying to bring some decency to a bad situation.

Cons

Inexperienced management, fear mongering, broken products, false promises, no advancement, no training, no support for employees, non transparent.

Pros

Free Coffee, Red Bull, Soda, Fruit and Granola Bars. Flip Flops. I hear the office in Denver is fast paced, you know sales, but the vibe there is much better than Ft Myers. They are incomparable.

Cons

Unless your in Management and make over 50K, 8 out of 10 of all employees in all divisions are looking for employment elsewhere. In speaking with alot of folks, I do not recall anyone who had a GOOD mid year review in July. I or anyone I know is unaware of any sort of Career path they may have for you. As far as I can see in the last year I do not know of any new positions (Directors, Managers, National Acct Managers etc.), becoming available since the AutoTrader acquisition were obtained from within. If you thought when you come in the door is to grow and become valuable, your fire will start to dwindle in about 3 months and wonder why no one told you, well here it is. We all here are not going to voice it to a new hire, but we are telling you here. The only training you will receive is what you will need to do the job they are hiring you for, there is nothing avaiable for growth and development. The list can go on and on. If your passion is Digital Marketing, I would look elsewhere first. If you want to learn something new, go for it at your own risk, but have a six month exit plan and learn as much as you can.
