Pros

The benefits were great.

Cons

Tech Support doesn't mean tech support; it means sales. Yes, you help people fix their cable, internet and phone issues, but they also expect you to sell upgrades. You also can't get anywhere else in the company without brown nosing any and all of the managers and VPs. If you only do good work, you'll never be seen.

Pros

Regular paydays. Clean. Expect to have multi-level leaders who tell you how great you are while trying to figure out how to get rid of you.

Cons

Takes you forever to earn a decent buck. Corp says be frugal. We need to save money to keep your jobs. But they throw breakfast and lunches and give crazy corporate gifts out.

Pros

Cox has some amazing benefits, 401k with 6% match, medical, dental, vision and life insurance.

Cons

After almost 2 decades of employment it's been so sad to see Cox change from a positive and employee focused company to the money hungry, employee neglecting, corporate machine that it is today.
