Pros

Great benefits, generally good culture and good people. The company has great ideals and in the past has really tried to live up to them. Great on diversity.

Cons

Currently they are undergoing a shift from a generally distributed structure to a more centralized one. There is great uncertainty as to how that will shake out and the truly open environment of the past has faded significantly.

Great family of co-workers to have. This is what actually gets you through the day and allows you to cope with the craziness that goes on.

Cons

No 2 systems are alike. You may follow a certain procedure in 1 system and another system does something completely different.
