Pros

Flexible work shift, Decent pay (for someone fresh out of high school anyway), great building and software, nice benefits, good people and great working with the customers. Partnership with the-then Sprint PCS was awesome.

Cons

Cox had a concept of building managers. When they built the center in Kearny Mesa, it was a new, fresh concept to ramp up on the then-new @Home Network, as the customer base grew. Not only was this one of the most attractive physical locations it was a great overall job, with comfort and flexibility. Unfortunately, some of the management made very poor decisions that caused a number of people to lose their jobs unfairly; some sued over discrimination and won. This was the only black mark on an otherwise fantastic job.
