Pros

Fair Pay Laid Back and Flexible Atmosphere Great Benefits A good amount of talented and engaged employees

Cons

-Not a secure place to work with continuing customer loss and ongoing regionalization -Company still thinks it is in a growth phase within continual rate increases that exceed the price point customers are willing to pay creating less demand and an allure to the competition -Company seems to prefer making more money next month instead of trying to protect the market share for years to come

Employees are treated better than any company I have ever worked for.

Cons

Used the economy as an excuse for some behaviors. Not a good balance at senior level of long-term employees.
