Unstable job security-(Low or no sales, NO job! )It doesnt matter how long you been there, how well you did before or if there are no customers in the store. It could be compared to working under pressure and in fear of losing your job on a constant basis.
Employees- MOST of the employes are ok however, alot of them are cut- throat and phoney. A few display Narcissistic tendencies which is disgusting all in itself...
Line of work- The job description was a bit embellished. The decription presented doesn't line up with the tedious nature of the position. The recruiters didn't "tell it like it is."
Training- The traning (or lack there of ) wasn't geared toward the proper line of work. The training was severly abbreviated and wasn't an asset to real life scenarios that took place in the store. I'm sure one could key an order but what about escalating a trouble ticket for repeat trouble calls?
Communication-No interdepartmental communation what so EVER. It often caused an unpleasant experience for both the customer AND the Solutions Specialist. Its hard to tell a customer, we dont do that here when someone with COX said we do...
Benifits- Well, I was part time so I didnt have benifits like medical, dental and vision. I would have easily selected coverage over cable if I was given that option. I wasnt home much becuase I was at work, being subjected to germs that got me sick.
