Pros

I started at $12 an hour and was at $22 in 2 years, but only because I was an awesome field tech and rose quickly.

Cons

Management is incompetent. They treat subordinates like idiots and change the playbook every 2 seconds. You are never allowed to get comfortable with your job because there are changes flying at you constantly. Stressful to say the least.

cox has decent pay good benifits.premium channel incentives are very good.discounted services for cable internet and phone are very good

at cox everything is very complicated. management has lots of demands with no guidence. they only value numbers not customer service.
