Pros

Almost above anything else, the customer is the #1 priority. The attitude is, as long as you had the best interest of the customer @ heart, you can do no wrong.

Cons

Sometimes political/financial barriers get in the way of doing something right the first time. Also, pushing forward w/ new technology can be a tough uphill battle. In short, change can be tough.
