Oh and if you are doing too well than they may end up just terminating you in the end so they can collect all of those accounts and put them in house so they look better to corporate regarding their ratio of house accounts to consultants. So it's all a coin flip, be exceptional at your job, but not to good, stay in the middle and you can be successful here. The management is amazing and they do their best, you can tell corporate just has a thumb on them.
