Pros

Cox has great benefits and management was actually invested in giving you the tools to succeed.

Cons

Working late at night all the lonely old people would call and tell you their life story that was often sad. Rolling a tech for a little old lady who had a stroke and couldn't understand a lot of words for direction was awful, we charge for that stuff. So many people with fixed incomes that weren't tech savvy I wish we had an option to help waive fees for the elderly.
