Pros

This company is undergoing many changes since it's restructuring last year. Inbound Sales rep used to be an excellent position with unlimited earning potential. Now it means "glorified customer service agent. Pros are excellent benefits, PTO and a lot of free lunches. Guaranteed bonus during training.

Cons

Micro managed to death, the scorecard is ever evolving because they are holding reps to the old standards and the calls are no longer sales calls. Will get fired for underperforming in a metric twice within a four month period. Outsourcers are getting the sales calls, Cox employees get the overflow.

Pros

Free High-Speed Internet. Free Coffee.

Cons

Does not care about Employees. Loves to outsource jobs for cheap labor. Laid off the Entire San Diego Call Center which was the best technical support personnel the company had ever seen.

Keeps getting worse

Pros

Benefits: health, dental, and vision which are cheap compared to third parties I've worked for. No weekends at some stores. Managers are supportive and understanding of personal situations. Tuition reimbursement. Good stepping stone to other, better paying corporate sales jobs like Verizon.

Cons

Constant change for the worse. NO pay increases EVER for frontline employees. The two go together - every time we've had a change, commissions go down. Hiring managers are more likely to bring in friends from other companies before considering sales staff that has been there for years when promotions become available.
