Remote work, unlimited, paying time off, strong, work, life, balance, morally, ethical leadership, freedom to be creative without prejudice.

Cons

It’s just like any other place that you’ve worked before there will be fire drills.

The company is very mindful of their employee's wellbeing and invests in resources to care for their mental health, physical health and wellbeing.

Cons

Very heavy on human interaction. Humans are not the best when it comes to customer service and it will get to those who do not have thick skin.
