Pros

Great direct manager Very team oriented culture Lots of support for sales reps (support lines, internal resources) Benefits Schedule flexibility (it can backfire though. Keep in mind, you will be knocking when people get home from work)

Cons

Unless you have been in this role for 5 years, it is very hard to succeed. You will find those who are successful all have one thing in common, long tenure with the company. These days, people are very skeptical opening the door. When selling something like internet and phone which is all relatively the same and everyone has, it’s draining.

Leadership great, team enviroment. no micromanagement

Cons

pay structure is too low for experienced sales people. this used to be a six-figure easily, but now, it's twice the work to make the same amount.
