Thank you for taking the time to write this post. I appreciate that you enjoy the independence of being a mobile service technician for us; and while most of the time you are working on your own, you always have support from one of our more than 50 Region Service Managers, or from our corporate Quality Team. We have conducted several wage surveys, and have found that we are significantly higher than the average pay rates in our industry. In addition, we always take into account skillset, shift, cost of living, etc., when conducting annual reviews, or when making an offer to a prospective technician. As for our mobile service trucks, we have spent many years designing, and re-designing our trucks so that our technicians can be as safe and efficient as possible. We upfit all of our trucks at our corporate campus in Indianapolis, and have made many changes over the years based on the input from our techs that use these trucks every day. Today we operate the largest independent mobile service fleet in the industry, and the average age of our trucks is less that two years old.
