      Pros

      Control over your schedule and work week. Great insurance! CEO and EVP of Sales were committed training and development. Company provided associates with quality equipment.

      Cons

      Small company that is trying to adjust to an ever changing industry. Communication challenges with HQ in Cherryville. Outside sales forces has urgent issues that need to be resolved and inside team doesn't get the sense of urgency or tries to pass the buck. Quota goals didn't seem realistic. Due to tight margins, company seems to stand up for its vendors more than its customers.

      Hiring a mobile Technician is very difficult. Not matter what you tell the candidate about the job, it is different than they are used to. Working outside is obviously part of the job. When you go to a customer site to work, you will have unpredictable hours because the customer will dictate what needs to be done. On a positive side, the Technician can work with customers to work the hours that are convenient to the Tech. If he wants a day off to watch his son play baseball, as long as he gets approval from his Supervisor and the customer, the Tech can re-arrange his schedule. Our management is extremely progressive, constantly coming up with new ideas, new technology, new safety programs that all help the Technician be more effective in his job.
