      Pros

      Job is easy Benefits are good Laid back atmosphere outside of normal business hours Holiday pay is awesome Ummm that's it.

      Cons

      -Management is TERRIBLE, they lie and talk in circles without producing results. Most unqualified group of people I've ever encountered. -The rules don't apply to everyone -There is no consistency in this job -Women are disregarded, cannot advance -Brown-nosers and men with half a brain are the star emoloyees. -Promotions depend on how much butt you kiss or if you have an appendage between your legs. -Such a dramatic place to work, worse than high school -Constant office affairs happening that ruin marriages, there's no consequences from the management -All around a stressful place to be.

      Pros

      Steady work. Not to much to brag about. Company is really concerned with safety. OT is available (sometimes) depends on customers not company.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with technicians. No support from company. Benefit package and financial incentives are below industry standards. Limited career progression. Company grows at a tremendous pace and no gratitude (bonuses or other incentives) offered to technicians.

      Management is well aware of the high deductible in our health plan. That is designed so that we can keep our weekly premium to everyone low. We have increased our weekly premium to family members only one time in 5 years. I think most of our 550 family members appreciate that they don't have higher weekly costs.
