Multiple shifts; decent benefits if full-time
Cons
Low pay. Hard to get on full time - will work you just under full time status to keep from giving you benefits. Not much advancement. You have to be one of the pets. Extremely stressful call-center atmosphere. Lots of rules. They keep bringing in directors and managers while ignoring the problems that exist with current management. Used to be a close bunch of folks until a few years ago. Now its very impersonal and just focused on the bottom line. Will cut workers with no warning.
