Thank you for taking the time to write your post. I am not sure what your particular situation was, but we are bringing every qualified technician on to our team that we possibly can. We have invested millions of dollars in our benefit programs to attract and retain the best technicians in the industry. We are making significant investments in training for all of our technicians, and will be opening a second FleeTec Academy in Phoenix, AZ next month to bring the next generation of technician into the workforce. I am happy to hear that your had a good work/life balance while you were with us, I have always felt that is important to the health and wellbeing of our team. I will have to disagree with you though on the quality of our leadership. Across the board, we have incredible leaders who are driven to provide the absolute best employee experience possible!
