      Great place to work with only a few cons

      Pros

      You are usually working independently so no boss breathing down your neck is great. Everyone is always helpful. Salary is decent for the job that you are doing here and they will usually negotiate which is quite nice. Very low stress job and they will let you solve problems however you want.

      Cons

      Although the salary is decent starting out. Benefits lag, no 401k match, not many paid days off, health insurance is also below average.

      I have been here 2+ years and enjoy going to work everyday. I am supported by my manager and enjoy being part of a great team.

      If I had anything remotely negative to say I would, nothing at this time

      Pros

      Dickinson Fleet Services was a great place to work with others that share the same passion and drive for truck maintenance and safety. There's room to build a career and move up in the company.

      Cons

      I have nothing to hide, my time with Dickinson Fleet Services was a top notch. I really enjoyed every part
