      Pros

      I truly enjoy working with everyone at Dickinson Fleet Services. It's a very diverse and modern company that's growing by leaps and bounds each year. The advancement opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      At times it does seem as though we are short-staffed in some areas, which in turn puts additional work on others.

      Pros

      Family owned and family run company that treats each employee as an individual and not just a number. The work environment feels like a team and the fact that the company has been so successful year over year speaks to the quality of leadership. They are open to change and are willing to pay for individuals that work hard and produce.

      Cons

      Insurance and benefits are not the best out there, but are in line with most companies.

      Good Pay, make your own schedules, nice new equipment to drive. Managers are easy to work for.Growing company.

      Cons

      If you are not self motivated you will not be successful with this company. The Managers do not ride you and make you go to work. It's up to you to be successful.
