Coyne is indeed a very special company. prior to Coyne, I have experiences with other ABA agencies and I have to admit, that Coyne has the best culture, work-life balance, employee perks, benefits and team-work! Coyne's Infant Program is by far the most superior program I have ever encountered. The upper management team /leadership style has mesmerize me. The Director and OC Director are so kind and approachable, professional and knowledgeable. I just wish I had come to Coyne earlier in my career path. The ECIs are so well-trained, and everyone I have encountered are so professional, energetic, passionate and happy! All the ECIs and supervisors that I have met and talked to truly love this company and their job!!

Cons

Nothing (honestly). Coyne's leadership listens to feedback and really wants to work with the employees.

Pros

Supportive team that truly cares about employees and the success of the child. Rewarding job when you get to see progress made for the child and parents. Flexible schedule Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement 30 minutes of cell phone reimbursement each week Opportunities to promote within a year

Cons

Inconsistent schedule- constantly changing schedule and many client cancellations which results in a loss of hours
