the kids and families are awesome, fulfilling job

Cons

poor pay, management team unwilling to negotiate pay, reprimanded and silenced by management if you discuss wages with coworkers, experienced trainers are making less than unexperienced new hires, difficult to get full time hours, scheduling is extremely unorganized, driving over 100 miles a day

I loved working for Coyne and Associates! The supervisor team is really supportive and the company is very encouraging and a great learning experience. Working with the kids can be physically and mentally challenging but I could not have asked for a better team to do this hard work.

Cons

The nature of the work can be very draining. The travel required can make work hours a little odd, but the compensation is fair for the travel.
