Pros

- Competent and friendly team members - Fast growing business - Strong and approachable management - Fun team events (even for remote team members) - CEO is interested in making sure every employee is happy and offers growth opportunities within the organization and schedules regular call with them.

Cons

There is nothing specific but given the rapid growth in the company, I feel we need to have more documentation about the processes, especially for team members to get them more easily started.

Pros

The people working here are great. EXCEPT THE NEWLY HIRED LEAD.

Cons

Disappointed. So disappointed on how things were handled. 3 months before my 2nd year with the company, I get dismissed with no explanation, no due process. I have been working as an all around assistant not only for the CEO but also for the rest of the staff. I do tasks for everybody with no questions asked. SINGLEHANDEDLY took care of the support side(Calls, emails and tickets from both chefs and customers) Q4 of 2020, No days off. Never said NO when they asked me to work on my days off and all I get is a “thank you”. Gave me a $1 raise 1 year and 7 months after I started and learned that everybody else that has less tasks and started recently are being paid more. And now got dismissed by a NEW team lead. No explanation why, no coaching whatsoever, a lead who claims to have years and years of experience managing a team but clearly does not know what she’s doing. Only knows how to micromanage, overstep and set plans with 0 actions. I am disappointed as I enjoyed working with the rest of the people in this company. Sad how everything turned out. DISAPPOINTED.
