- Great team with a creative and business-oriented CEO - Wonderful mission to provide great income to chefs, guides and others - Great product - Fast-paced work environment where you learn a lot

Cons

- The company has been growing really fast and I sometimes felt that some processes could have been better documented. This is also one of the feedbacks I provided during my exit interview.

Very supportive and smart colleagues, flexible schedule (ie. work/life balance except during holiday season), autonomy (no micro-managing)

Cons

Just due to the nature of a start-up, very limited processes/training in place, kind of a learn as you go format which creates inefficiencies

-Solid team. -Low drama. -Always learning something new. -Easily find new challenges to take on no matter what role you are in if you want a challenge. -Building opportunities for the chefs and hosts so they can have more freedom and flexibility in their lives.

Cons

-Some days can be pretty heavy with meetings. -Growing pains, but that is part of the deal when you are with a growing company.
