      Did give me a raise when I asked for it.

      Cons

      Employees continually called out making shifts harder for everyone else, called out all the time b/c they could, knew management wouldn't fire them. Most of your co-workers are lazy and do the bare minimum.

      Pros

      The employee meal which is 50 percent off is nice. You only get a decent discount when working for CBRL for more than 2 years.

      Cons

      Poor management at the concord mills location. I worked for another location where the managers actually knew how to operate a business. No cameras in the break room so anyone can go into the lockers and steal money from wallets and such. The place is a hierarchy where managers and some servers are on top.
