Pros

they are pretty flexible with shifts and the co workers are there are really nice. Good part time job for now

Cons

The restaurant isn't very busy some nights you barely make anything or get sent home because there are too many people working.

Pros

-Raises are given quickly. -Cross training is available. -Evaluations are fair and given out consistently. -Good communication among management and staff regarding policies & goals. -Overall, and comparatively, managers were competent. -Flexible scheduling/works well with other comittments and with what the stated availability was (generally speaking). -Gives requested time off. -Paid breaks during shift. -Employee discount.

Cons

-The uniform (mostly unflattering and really old). -The Country-theme (gets old quick). -The music. -No direct deposit available: Employees actually have to go collect their checks on Thursdays between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. at the store if they are not working and need their paychecks. Oh, and expect a line while everyone signs for their check and copies down their schedule for the next week. This is VERY inconvenient and infuriating for those who have other things to do with their time than to go to their place of employment on their day off, wait in line, waiting till 2 in the afternoon for payment.... -Very poor hour distribution. I would be scheduled to come in (in uniform) for a half hour for a pointless meeting. Some weeks I would get less than ten hours a week. Actually, for over a month, I was given less than ten hours a week.... -Though they say hours are based on sales, this is inconsistenly executed. -Management played favorites to give an unqualified person a promotion. -The unrealistic add-on selling expectations. -Having to wait for a manager to see you out the door after you've clocked out of work.
