      Pros

      Stable company. Nice vacation time and holiday time off. Close to home.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT runs the department like a pre-school. Displays favoritism creates drama is unprofessional and has no tact. Dumps more work on the actual working employees. Creates a low moral work environment. There is no Team here.

      Pros

      When I started in 2011 it was family oriented. Fast paced, everyone worked as a Team. Co-Workers were like family, everyone was pleasant to work with. We had fun, I enjoyed coming to work everyday. They offered college assistance.

      Cons

      A lot of the executives and managers started to Retire, left the company broken. Environment changed, Merged with another company, positions were eliminated.
