Pathetic Company gives holiday bonuses to the whole company except the sales people talk about feeling unappreciated.

They take care of who they like. The benefits are bad, they dont give bonuses to their $35k staff but give it to $100k employees if they dont make commission. Talk about feeling unappreciated.

Our holiday bonuses are given to both part-time and full-time employees of all levels who do not have the opportunity to receive commission or bonuses throughout the year, as our sales positions do. To help give everyone a chance to receive incentives we’re working on new bonus programs. Our recent Referral Reward Program provides added opportunities for all employees, including salespeople, to earn additional bonuses throughout the year. Full of loyal, hard-working people that carry the Crain brand. The company sticks to their morals, and the work/life balance is great. They're true to their values and journalism standards.

Cons

Could use some updating to the buildings, technology and etc.

Crain has a great company culture. Everyone is really friendly, inviting, and willing to help you learn. Aside from the culture, Crain is also very forward thinking in regards to the publication industry. New trends and practices are being implemented to keep up with the digital world.

Cons

I can not think of any cons regarding Crain Communications.
