Print industry challenges are impacting Crain and it's publications. You need to be flexible and comfortable with changes that will result as the company evolves to respond to the challenges.

Still out of date with a lot of technology but moving in the right direction. There are a lot of "cliques". Benefits are awful now unless you're making enough to cover medical expenses out of pocket. Raises are pretty much non-existent. If you get in a small department it's hard to get promotions or move up and out.
