Pros

A company vehicle was provided and they paid on time.

Cons

Harassment from management regarding how long it takes to do the job (management were not technical at all). Poor supply of resources provided for accomplishing the job. All work was done on the fly with very little planning. Dishonest and unreliable with customers, which led to many lost contracts.

Pros

A couple of core employees Some decent customers

Cons

-Non-Existent and engaged Management at all levels- brand new to cranes/company and in 6 months worked with leadership/management twice -No structure for sales or tech training...no formal training outside of a week of corporate OSHA-10 training and 2-3 days working with a more experienced TSM...in their territory not yours (WTH??) ...Just all "on the job training," but no one to actually train/coach you...just "you" learning by making sales calls by yourself... faking it till you make it...or not -No routine check ins (daily/weekly individual calls to discuss successes or road blocks) outside of entire region weekly call. -Constant negative commentary despite upward positive trends from leadership because of an apparent attitude you just "flip a switch," in consultative sales -Mantra is "we need more revenue" but no alignment with operational capacity or skill sets, training of staff, realistic expectations of growth -Absolutely top down leadership style -horrible corporate culture with very high turnover -TSM role is not business/account growth only...is that plus being a "service writer,"... doing repair quotes, parts pricing and quoting, selling of repair work....but "we really need new account revenue and you in the field visiting customers." -Typical investment group owned company....grow grow grow...no idea what is going on from a practical level and leadership which is totally clueless about practical needs of staff...and doesn't bother to even ask -No diversity to speak of... a lot of "good old boy," mentality -Horrible optics when someone gives a notice...just walk you out the door that day -Management hears of a systemic company problem, IE: quoting of parts for repairs, but can't figure out a workable/or any solution for months...heard about this issue on day one...6 months later...problem isn't better and each location acknowledges it...yet management apparently can't figure it out -No standardization of processes between locations, roles, etc, ZERO corporate strategic vision communicated to lower levels, no transparency of results -Company and leadership.. talk the talk...but can't walk the walk -Super high turnover at all levels....@23 locations with a TSM in each...10-11 TSM turns in 12 months plus countless corporate staff -Communication from corporate is non-existent with critical internal staff leaving and no communication of this to local levels...email someone and no reply for days because they left... -Critical information needed for the TSM role (IE: parts quoting) takes weeks to get a reply -All C-suite people with company @1 or under a year in tenure...and it shows For anyone with ANY territory sales experience or prior sales success...don't bother applying here unless you want to be frustrated and stressed

Pros

i got out of a bad situation, the people that I worked with in the office and team were great

Cons

Not very organized, corporate is out of touch with reality. Promote an employee from a company they bought to run cincy and dayton. The problem is that he ran his company into the ground, which is why they were purchased
