Competitive pay with performance incentives. Caring staff who knows that family is important. Great work environment. Good health benefits. I enjoy working here very much am so happy I was given this opportunity.

Company Vehicle, but they due charge you 50 dollars a month for gas. Vacation, and personal days and 8 holiday paid.

Cons

Training in corporate is not very good. They hire inexperienced techs and send them straight out on service calls, knowing they have no clue want they are doing. They put you on inspections by yourself after 1 month of employment. Which most of them had never even seen a crane. They do not promote from inside, make you pay 50 dollars a month to drive a truck to your house so you can use on service calls. Division have no tools, they expect you to have everything
