Crane Co. reviews

Managers condenscending, unprofessional, and don't want to get involved. No pay increases for exceptional work because managers take all the credit. The company values are somemthing to live by..not used as a facade to keep shortcomings prevalent and a matter of SOP. Turnover is extremely high and they wonder why! Crane doesn't listen to their customers and find decreasing market share...slowly but surely Crane will become a non-factor in several business segments.

Terrible management, LEAN approach on all levels is not practical (Crane BS), lack of customer focus, racist culture, lack of strategy, ancient IT (multiple platforms for inventory and sales inquiries), CRM is a spread sheet!, lack of empathy for employees, no family time respected, HR is not helping employees (only serve big corporate), CBS is the only way to advance (no flexibility)
