Co-workers were very good and tried their best in a very limiting environment

Cons

Managers condenscending, unprofessional, and don't want to get involved. No pay increases for exceptional work because managers take all the credit. The company values are somemthing to live by..not used as a facade to keep shortcomings prevalent and a matter of SOP. Turnover is extremely high and they wonder why! Crane doesn't listen to their customers and find decreasing market share...slowly but surely Crane will become a non-factor in several business segments.

Community spirit - it has a great work ethic and is fun to be part of a progressive company. Great client support

Long hours - their is not sufficient backup staff to support the growth of the company in new markets

Good people to work with and good pay. International company offering opportunities to travel. Engaging and management willing to listen to new ideas.

Cons

A few people are complacent and the work can be stagnant sometimes. Can engage in Kaizen activities to become as involved as possible.
