Pros

Lots of opportunities in terms of improvements and lots of management turnover provide growth opportunities. Promoted development and professional certifications. Good work/life balance.

Cons

No strong leadership from management. Not an employee-friendly company. Hard to get decisions across the different organizational silos

Pros

Global company who set very fhigh ethical standards. Opportunities world wide. Very strong in lean Manufacturing techniques (a world leader). Employ approx 11000 covering 5 business segments:- Aerospace & Electronics, Engineered Materials, Merchandising Systems, Fluid Handling, Controls. Parent Compnay Crane Co founded in 1855, headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, USA Shares traded on New York Stock Exchange,financially strong and stable.

Cons

Decision making can be slow with a lot of "red tape" to be followed. Company expects a lot of their staff in terms of effort and committment including long hours as required. The positives however far out way the negatives.

Pros

good benefits, good flexibility on hours, ability to work at home if necessary depending on your manager, do nice things for employees like health fairs

Cons

executive turnover is beyond excessive, leadership can't seem to find a consistent vision and changes the strategy every six months, difficult to keep up with revolving door of higher ups. heard there used to be company parties and company picnics but all have been eliminated so there's no team building going on at all.
