The management is only focused on money. Forget customer satisfaction. They only care about the customer they are currently trying to aquire. Once they have the customer everything changes.

Remote, average pay, good PTO, hard working employees

Cons

Upper management doesn't understand the business. Management says the right things but their actions don't align with their words. Employees are treated like numbers, their input is not wanted and does not matter. Loyal, long term customers mean nothing. Service quality and reputation has deteriorated since Crane bought Cummins Allison. They don't care about work-life balance. To many people in management positions have left out of frustration!

Upper Managment and Security Manager need to get off there high horse. HR is awfull they don't work.
