Where do I begin...Horrible Company Culture, Extreme Micro-Management, Sales Leadership only cares about results and not their employees. Upper management pointing fingers, no action being implemented within the company.

The management is only focused on money. Forget customer satisfaction. They only care about the customer they are currently trying to aquire. Once they have the customer everything changes.
